With this property, the design aim was to retain a modernist approach with some vintage touches such as antique sinks, gates at street entry to home and to enter the inner courtyard leading to the main entrance and the front garden water fountain.

Removing dark wood use throughout and dated design choices made the interior space come alive and feel repurposed. A modernist sensibility in color and furniture choice predominates across the estate.
